About the role
This role supports the maintenance domain of TechMobile, a mobile platform for field technicians, by managing requirements and vendor integrations. The analyst will partner with development teams and regional operations to improve technician workflows and drive adoption.

Manage multiple vendor relationships concurrently
Support phased rollouts and regional deployments
What you’ll need
5 to 10 years as a Business Analyst in software delivery, preferably telecom or field services
Experience writing technical requirements and partnering with development teams
Strong understanding of APIs, JSON data structures, and system integrations
Proficiency with Jira including agile workflows and epic/story/task hierarchies
Excellent written communication for non-technical audiences
Comfort with data analysis using spreadsheets and SQL or database concepts
