What you’ll do
Support benefits administration, data analysis, compliance, and employee support
Partner with Payroll, Accounts Payable, benefit vendors, and HR teams
Improve data accuracy and resolve employee issues
Strengthen benefits operations
What you’ll need
5+ years of benefits administration and/or benefits analyst experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, lookups, PivotTables, data analysis, audits, and reconciliations
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Clear verbal and written communication
Ability to independently research and resolve issues while recognizing when escalation is needed
Experience with Workday Benefits
