About the role

What you’ll do
Deliver engaging virtual and onsite training for customers and employees
Design, maintain, and improve training programs and materials
Analyze training needs and define effective learning solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and maintain training content
Coach and support the onboarding and development of training team members
Travel 25-60%, staying overnight as needed
What you’ll need
Experience in software training, customer education, clinical education, instructional design, or related field
Working knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management System platforms
Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills across virtual and onsite settings
Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platform
Willingness to learn HealthStream platform and products
