About the role
HardLoop is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead healthcare practice management products, including revenue cycle management, EMR, licensing, and credentialing. The role combines product strategy, analytics, and AI tooling to deliver user-centered products in an onsite US-based position.
What you’ll do
Drive development of revenue cycle management, EMR, licensing, and credentialing products
Lead product teams and delivery from discovery through evaluation
Combine business strategy with user needs using analytics
Use AI tooling to improve product development efficiency
Embed AI solutions within products to move the industry forward
Deliver successful products that exceed user expectations
What you’ll need
5+ years as a digital product manager, producer, or product owner of RCM, EMR, licensing, credentialing, or healthcare/financial/accounting products
2+ years delivering analytics-backed product leadership
Strong background in healthcare financials, collections, revenue cycle management, clinician licensing, or credentialing
Experience building integrations with clearinghouses (EDI 276, 277, CMS1500)
Experience with Agile software development using Scrum, sprints, and JIRA
Experience with product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel) and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau)
