About the role
Pattern is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for software powering its direct-to-consumer fulfillment operation. The role leads engineering delivery and partners with cross-functional teams to improve fulfillment workflows, order accuracy, shipping speed, and cost per order.
What you’ll do
Own the strategy and roadmap for software powering the direct-to-consumer fulfillment operation
Lead engineering delivery through the full software development life cycle
Partner with design, warehouse operations, client services, and finance
Improve fulfillment workflows, order accuracy, shipping speed, and cost per order
Drive measurable business outcomes from discovery through launch and adoption
What you’ll need
5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning a product area in DTC/ecommerce fulfillment, warehousing, WMS/OMS, or supply chain
Track record of owning multi-quarter roadmaps end to end with measurable business outcomes
Experience leading engineering teams through the full SDLC and two-week sprint cycles, including distributed teams
Working knowledge of DTC fulfillment: order orchestration, pick/pack/ship, carrier rate shopping, cartonization, inventory slotting, and ecommerce platform integrations
Strong data skills: SQL in Snowflake, Excel/Google Sheets, and AI development assistants
Ability to influence without authority and align engineering, design, operations, and executive stakeholders
