About the role

What you’ll do
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems for internal workflows and customer-facing products
Own AI use cases end-to-end from identification to production

What you’ll need
0-2 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning engineering, data engineering, or related roles
Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, model APIs, prompt engineering, or AI application frameworks
Strong programming skills in Python or another modern backend language
Experience building and deploying production systems with APIs, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, logging, monitoring, and testing
Ability to work directly with business teams to understand ambiguous workflows and turn them into usable AI products
Knowledge of responsible AI concepts including evals, guardrails, data privacy, security, human oversight, and model governance
