What you’ll do

Support governance operations and continuous improvement
What you’ll need
Demonstrated experience in senior-level business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process improvement
Advanced facilitation skills and ability to lead cross-functional working sessions
Working knowledge of enterprise data governance concepts (data ownership, stewardship, quality, compliance, lifecycle)
Experience supporting enterprise data governance initiatives
Experience in government, healthcare, or regulated environment
Familiarity with data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DMMI) and process improvement methodologies (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma)
