About the role

What you’ll do
Lead delivery and evolution of customer-facing eCommerce experiences using Shopify
Combine product discovery, prioritization, roadmap execution, and feature delivery
Own and manage product backlog, including writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
Partner with Engineering, Experience, QA, and business stakeholders
Break complex customer journeys into incremental, executable features
Own feature delivery from concept through development, testing, and production release
What you’ll need
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar delivery-focused role
Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus implementations, migrations, or replatforming
Experience delivering eCommerce capabilities in complex enterprise environments
Strong backlog management skills including user stories, acceptance criteria, and refinement
Working knowledge of Agile product delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban)
Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a large, matrixed organization
