What you’ll do
Lead complex software and systems development across classified customer environments
Oversee Agile delivery and engineering quality
Manage large service contracts and engineering teams as a combined release team
Manage 20 or more developers and engineers across multiple teams to deliver integrated solutions on schedule
Manage, execute, and report against integrated schedules using Agile tracking tools
Apply systems engineering lifecycle standards and risk management frameworks
What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience leading project teams in classified work environments
5+ years of experience managing large service contracts and leading engineering teams
Knowledge of systems engineering processes, lifecycle standards (IEEE/ISO/IEC 15288-2023), and risk management frameworks
2+ years of experience managing a team using SAFe
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and willingness to take a CI polygraph
