About the role
Constellation Investments is hiring a Senior Investment Operations & Systems Associate to design and implement automation and AI-driven solutions that improve investment workflows. The role also supports investment operations, reporting, and data accuracy across the organization.
What you’ll do
Develop automation and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Support investment operations and collaborate across teams on technical solutions
Build and maintain reporting and accurate financial data delivery
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain reliable software solutions
Create integrations using APIs, databases, and data exchange technologies
Build workflow automation, data pipelines, and reconciliation processes
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field
3-5 years of experience developing software, automation, AI, or data-driven solutions
Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages and strong SQL skills
Experience with API integrations, databases, and data exchange technologies
Knowledge of complex investments including private placements, derivatives, fixed income, mortgage loans, real estate, and equity securities
Experience in investments, financial services, insurance, or other transaction-intensive industries
