About the role
FAIRWINDS Credit Union is hiring a Digital Banking Product Manager to own the roadmap and backlog for consumer and business digital banking, partnering with vendors and translating member needs into prioritized, measurable improvements.
What you’ll do
Own the prioritized roadmap and backlog for digital banking experiences
Translate member and business needs into requirements
Partner with the digital banking platform vendor
Guide prioritization, delivery, and measurement of platform improvements
Communicate decisions to executives, technical teams, and business partners
Use adoption, usage, and support data to inform product decisions
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or related field
4–6 years of experience in digital product management, business analysis, or digital channel management in financial services
Experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog through testing and release
Experience working directly with a technology vendor on product roadmaps or enhancements
Knowledge of consumer and business digital banking capabilities
Ability to write clear requirements and acceptance criteria
