What you’ll need
Experience in product management, business analysis, or delivery-focused roles within financial services or similarly complex environments
Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable product and delivery plans
Experience working with development teams to support implementation and resolve issues
Sound prioritization judgment to assess trade-offs, sequence work, and focus on high-value outcomes
Strong testing and release discipline, including defining acceptance criteria and validating output
Domain exposure to P&L, financing, NAV, valuation, or control systems; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Agile, SQL, Python, Java, or AWS
