MagMutual is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy and delivery for policy lifecycle, billing, and OnePolicy capabilities, partnering across business, technology, compliance, operations, and design. The role focuses on simplifying workflows, improving user experiences, and ensuring regulatory and business requirements are met.
What you’ll do
Define product vision, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and business outcomes for policy lifecycle and billing capabilities
Partner with business, technology, compliance, operations, and design stakeholders
Improve user experiences and simplify workflows across internal and external user groups
Ensure products meet business and regulatory needs
Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align on customer needs and prioritize opportunities
Translate complex current-state workflows into simplified, policy-compliant future-state experiences
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or related discipline
Experience developing product strategy, experience strategy, roadmaps, and delivery plans
Deep experience with customer experience strategy and design practices
Understanding of policy lifecycle, billing, payments, invoicing, commissions, regulated forms, and compliance
Experience in Agile development within highly regulated industries
