Arcfield is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide expert technical advisory support to Government leaders on enterprise requirements, engineering changes, and technical governance within the Ground Enterprise Directorate. The role involves facilitating technical reviews, mentoring engineers, and assessing cross-system impacts.
What you’ll do
Advise Government leaders on enterprise requirements and engineering changes
Support technical governance and cross-system impact analysis
Facilitate technical reviews, ERBs, and Configuration Control Boards
Mentor engineers
Evaluate complex cross-system dependencies
Support enterprise integration and system modernization efforts
What you’ll need
Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance
Bachelor's degree plus 10-12 years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
Experience with complex integrated systems or system-of-systems
Proven track record in requirements development/traceability and engineering change processes
Experience facilitating technical reviews, ERBs, or CCBs
Experience supporting IC or DoD ground systems and architectures
