What you’ll need
Minimum of five years of professional experience involving legal support, regulatory matters, technology-related matters, commercial transactions, compliance, corporate governance, matter management, complex document review, or comparable work
Demonstrated ability to learn new subject areas, processes, systems, and stakeholder environments
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and communicate findings clearly
Strong organizational, analytical, proofreading, editing, research, and matter-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn new technologies and AI-enabled tools
Experience supporting more than one legal practice area or type of legal work
