About the role
Baldwin Group seeks an embedded Scrum Master for Platform Architecture and Infrastructure teams to protect capacity, improve cross-team planning, and coach Agile ceremonies while driving consistent execution of the Agile strategy.

What you’ll need
Proven experience as an embedded Scrum Master or Agile Coach supporting highly technical, cross-cutting engineering or infrastructure teams
Strong negotiation and stakeholder-alignment skills
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO)
Experience with cross-portfolio dependency mapping, OKRs, and delivery/quality metrics reporting
Familiarity with DevSecOps, multi-cloud, or CI/CD delivery environments a plus
Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM/Advanced SM, or equivalent) preferred
