About the role

What you’ll do
Facilitate Agile ceremonies
Remove blockers and support backlog and dependency management
Report on team performance and health
Lead PI Planning events and Scrum of Scrums
Synthesize requirements into actionable task backlogs
What you’ll need
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident / Green Card holder
Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles
Proven experience leading technical teams (Dev, Infra, Test, DevOps/CICD)
Technical literacy in AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and system architecture
Proficiency with Agile management tools (e.g., Jira)
