About the role

What you’ll do
Train and assist military users on the software system
Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users
Test software releases and provide feedback
Translate user feedback into requirements and priorities for the development team
What you’ll need
Military background with tactical and operational staff experience
SECRET security clearance
Experience with MDMP and military planning processes
Proficiency with Maven Smart System, Palantir, or similar map-centric systems
Experience with military simulation, geospatial software, and data visualization
Familiarity with software support tools (logs, JSON/XML, ticketing, DevSecOps)
