About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead data, analytics, and automation solutions that support business goals
• Combine technical leadership, people management, hands-on engineering, and delivery of production AI solutions
• Ensure quality, reliability, security, and governance across solutions
• Deploy AI solutions in production, including generative AI and LLM applications using RAG, embeddings, vector databases, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows
• Evaluate and monitor AI systems for performance, quality, drift, latency, and cost
• Identify high-value AI use cases and deliver measurable business outcomes

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Significant experience in data engineering, data science/ML, business intelligence/advanced analytics, or DevOps/DataOps/MLOps/cloud-platform engineering
• Experience leading technical teams and managing people, capacity, and delivery while remaining hands-on
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python
• Experience designing and operating production-grade data, analytics, ML, or cloud-platform solutions
• Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in production, including generative AI and LLM applications
