About the role
Tuppl is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The role spans AI architecture, stakeholder collaboration, model governance, engineering practices, and production operations, requiring deep experience with LLMs, AI frameworks, and cloud platforms.
What you’ll do
Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
Own AI architecture and engineering practices
Collaborate with stakeholders and manage expectations
Implement model governance and Responsible AI frameworks
Ensure production operations and monitoring of AI/ML solutions
Lead cross-functional teams
What you’ll need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
12+ years of overall IT experience including software engineering and architecture
3+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent AI platforms
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks
Strong programming expertise in Python, Java, or related languages, plus cloud and MLOps/LLMOps experience
