About the role
Luxoft seeks an experienced AI-focused full-stack engineer to design and deliver secure, scalable AI-enabled software solutions, lead a small engineering team, and drive enterprise AI adoption.
What you’ll do
Design, develop, integrate, and deliver secure, scalable AI-enabled software solutions
Integrate generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and RAG into applications
Lead and mentor a small engineering team
Establish technical standards and drive enterprise AI adoption
Develop APIs and integrate cloud technologies and systems
Implement CI/CD and automated testing for production deployment
What you’ll need
5+ years of progressive software engineering experience
Strong hands-on expertise in Python, full-stack development, modern UI technologies, APIs, cloud platforms, and system integration
Proven experience designing and delivering AI/Generative AI solutions, LLM integrations, AI agents, RAG, and intelligent automation
Solid understanding of solution architecture, CI/CD, automated testing, and production deployment
Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and mentor developers
Consistent use of AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot
