About the role

What you’ll do
Lead segment-led solution packaging and commercialization
Drive sales enablement, launch, and adoption plans
Execute cross-functionally across Sales, Product, PSS, Channels/Digital, Marketing, and Risk/controls
Develop segment and industry strategies that improve adoption
Define success metrics and OKRs using data to prioritize initiatives
Influence product lifecycle and commercialization activities
What you’ll need
8+ years leading B2B go-to-market/commercialization for complex platforms
Extensive knowledge of product development lifecycle, technical design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution in a matrixed organization
Experience in transaction banking, payments, treasury services, or fintech
Experience with pricing strategy, competitive positioning, and value articulation
Experience in highly regulated environments with strong risk and control disciplines
