About the role
CGI is hiring a mid-level Organizational Change Management practitioner to develop and execute change strategies, communications, learning materials, and impact assessments for a client's Discovery and Safety Assessment business unit, supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
What you’ll do

What you’ll need
3-6 years of OCM or related experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent
Experience developing and executing change activities
Ability to independently facilitate workshops
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with OCM methodologies, tools, and frameworks
