About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead complex design-build and EPC projects for data centers and mission-critical facilities
• Oversee integrated teams and project execution across engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction
• Ensure safe delivery on time and within budget
• Manage MEP-intensive systems including power, cooling, redundancy, and critical infrastructure
• Manage prime contracts, purchase orders, subcontracts, budget control, and quality assurance
• Coordinate commissioning and turnover processes

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field/experience
• 8+ years of construction project management experience, including 3+ years managing large-scale data center projects
• Proven ability to manage DB/EPC projects involving MEP-intensive systems
• Strong knowledge of data center construction methods, materials, equipment, commissioning, and turnover
• Well versed in engineering, design, construction, contracting, project planning, and project management tasks
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and team-building skills; self-starter
