About the role
The Product Design & UX Lead will shape online shopping experiences across 20+ brands for a private equity-backed printing company, leading and coaching the UX/UI team and driving research and design across the customer journey. What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree
6-8+ years in UX, UI, or product design, with time leading or mentoring designers
Proven track record with customer-facing e-commerce sites or digital products
Hands-on skill in interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
Experience planning customer research and applying findings
Advanced proficiency in Figma; solid grasp of mobile-first/responsive design and A/B testing/CRO
