About the role

What you’ll do

• Engineer, configure, and support the enterprise service management platform
• Translate business and service-management requirements into platform solutions
• Design and maintain workflows, automation, integrations, and reporting
• Partner with technical and business teams to improve platform health and service delivery
• Ensure platform security, reliability, and lifecycle practices
• Provide production support and troubleshooting

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Minimum of four years of enterprise platform engineering, ServiceNow development/administration, or related experience
• Experience configuring service management capabilities such as incident, request, problem, change, knowledge, service catalog, configuration, asset, or service-level management
• Proficiency with scripting, APIs, integrations, data transformation, debugging, source control, testing, and repeatable deployment practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and systems-thinking skills
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
