About the role
EY-Parthenon is hiring a Senior Associate/Consultant to support private equity-backed technology and SaaS companies by identifying challenges, quantifying growth and operational opportunities, and driving implementation. The role requires consulting experience, analytical rigor, strong communication skills, and comfort with ambiguity.
What you’ll do
Identify business challenges for PE-backed technology and SaaS companies
Quantify growth and operational improvement opportunities
Develop strategic recommendations for clients
Plan and support implementation of recommendations
Guide junior team members and support team cohesion
Develop client presentations and communicate insights effectively
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics plus 2 years related experience; or graduate degree plus ~18 months
Experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or operating roles
Strong proficiency in Excel modeling, PowerPoint storytelling, and structured problem solving
Comfort with ambiguity and large datasets, with strong analytical rigor
Understanding of financial statements and operational performance metrics
Experience with TMT/B2B SaaS business models; MBA and direct PE experience preferred
