About the role
Aledade is hiring a Learning and Development Specialist to design, develop, and manage learning programs that improve employee performance, partnering with business leaders and using AI-assisted content across multiple learning modalities.
What you’ll do
Design, develop, implement, and manage learning programs
Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to create learning interventions
Support learning across multiple modalities including e-learning, video, ILT, and informal learning
Use generative AI tools to draft, edit, and iterate on learning content
Facilitate training sessions
Ensure timely delivery of learning initiatives
What you’ll need
3+ years of experience supporting learning program development and implementation
Exposure to creating and managing learning across various modalities
Comfort using generative AI tools such as Claude and Gemini
Proficiency in instructional design models such as ADDIE
Experience with training facilitation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
