What you’ll do
Own complex interview coordination
Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to improve recruiting operations
Improve recruiting tools, workflows, and candidate experience
Manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations
Hold stakeholders accountable while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Identify inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements
What you’ll need
Experience as a recruiting coordinator supporting technical teams in a fast-paced, global environment
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, scheduling platforms, and recruiting tools
Proactive and independent with strong judgment and exceptional organization
Ability to manage competing priorities without constant direction
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Greenhouse and ModernLoop experience is a plus
