About the role
PathAI seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead platform strategy and product development for AI-powered digital platforms supporting clinical development, translational research, and biopharma priorities.
What you’ll do
Shape and drive digital platforms for clinical development and translational research

Navigate technical, scientific, and executive stakeholders to drive consensus
What you’ll need
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline
7+ years of product management experience
Track record building and scaling enterprise platforms, data infrastructure, or SaaS healthcare products
Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, digital health, bioinformatics, or clinical research
Exceptional communication and influencing skills
Understanding of regulatory validation and quality compliance (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, HIPAA, GDPR, SaMD)
