What you’ll need
10+ years of progressive experience in business systems analysis, functional requirements management, or process engineering
7+ years of direct people management or practice leadership experience overseeing business analysis teams
Proven background standardizing BA methodologies, knowledge management practices, and resource capacity management
Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and staff augmentation models
Extensive experience producing user stories, technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and process workflows
