What you’ll need
7+ years financial services experience focused on surveillance or compliance technology
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Strong SQL and data-analysis skills with high-volume structured and unstructured datasets
Understanding of communications surveillance concepts and workflows
Working knowledge of NLP, machine learning, LLMs, generative AI, and model evaluation
Knowledge of data governance, model risk management, and enterprise delivery practices
