About the role
Netwoven seeks an Engagement Manager to lead Dynamics 365 Business Applications and Applied AI engagements, managing ERP implementations, client relationships, budgets, and distributed teams while driving account growth.
What you’ll do
Drive client growth and delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Applications and Applied AI solutions
Lead ERP implementation and transformation engagements from discovery through delivery
Manage client relationships and account growth opportunities
Oversee project budgets and distributed/offshore teams
Coordinate solution planning and delivery
What you’ll need
5+ years on ERP implementation projects, including 2+ years leading them as a project or engagement manager
Hands-on experience with Business Central, NAV, GP, or F&O; strong PMs from NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, or SAP Business One welcome
Working knowledge of finance and operations processes: GL, AP, AR, inventory, and data migration
Experience running delivery with offshore or distributed teams and Agile/Scrum delivery
Uses AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude in project work
PMP, CAPM, or Microsoft MB-800 certification; exposure to Power Platform or Azure integrations and experience writing or presenting on ERP or AI topics
