About the role
Wahl Clipper Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional new product development programs from concept through production launch. The role coordinates engineering, manufacturing, design, quality, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams while managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and executive communication.
What you’ll do
Lead cross-functional product development programs from concept through production launch
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, and stakeholder alignment
Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, design, quality, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams
Communicate program status and decisions to executive leadership
Adapt approach based on project needs using Waterfall/Stage-Gate and Agile methodologies
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or equivalent experience
5-7 years of project/program management experience in consumer products, appliances, or related hardware industries
Track record leading product development projects from concept to production launch
Strong understanding of stage-gate and Agile methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Working knowledge of mechanical design, injection molding, electronics integration, and manufacturing processes
Must be legally authorized to work in the US and comfortable with international travel (10-15%)
