About the role
As an Agiloft CLM Consultant, you will support the Legal team by configuring the Agiloft platform, gathering requirements, and improving contract lifecycle processes. The role covers configuration, business analysis, and implementation from discovery through production, including testing and data management.
What you’ll do
Support Legal team with platform configuration changes and enhancements
Configure Agiloft workflows, business rules, fields, tables, permissions, notifications, and reporting
Gather requirements and facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders
Analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities
Support functional testing, UAT, and production implementations
Manage requirements from discovery through configuration and implementation
What you’ll need
Strong hands-on experience with Agiloft, preferably CLM
Experience configuring Agiloft workflows, business rules, permissions, notifications, and reporting
Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
Experience working with business stakeholders and facilitating discovery sessions
Understanding of contract lifecycle and Legal business processes
Experience with Legal Contract Management or Legal Operations teams
