Inadev is seeking a Scrum Master to support a dedicated Agile team by owning delivery cadence, facilitating ceremonies, and helping the team adopt AI-assisted delivery tools. The role requires U.S. citizenship, clearance eligibility, and experience with Agile tooling such as Jira.

Facilitate sprint ceremonies
Remove impediments
Maintain team metrics
Coordinate dependencies
Support backlog refinement and release readiness

What you’ll need
U.S. Citizen
Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
CSM or PSM I certification
2+ years as a Scrum Master for software delivery teams
Working knowledge of Jira or equivalent Agile tooling
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
