About the role
Xceptor seeks an Implementation Consultant to guide financial services clients from project inception through go-live, configuring and testing data automation solutions while managing releases and maintaining client relationships.
What you’ll do
Gather and document client requirements
Configure and test Xceptor data automation solutions
Manage software releases and deployments
Maintain client relationships throughout projects
Guide clients from project inception through go-live
Support configurations across on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid environments
What you’ll need
University degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Physics, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent
4+ years in a similar customer-facing role with a software solutions organization
Relational database experience such as SQL or Oracle
Strong XML skills and good knowledge of Excel or Access
Programming language experience, including object-oriented languages such as C#, C++, Java, or Python
Familiarity with on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid deployment models and preferably some software development experience
