About the role
Pattern is hiring a Senior Product Manager for DTC to lead the strategy and roadmap for software that powers its direct-to-consumer fulfillment operations, improving workflows, accuracy, and shipping efficiency.
What you’ll do
Own strategy and roadmap for DTC fulfillment software
Lead engineering delivery and sprint cycles
Partner with design, operations, client services, and finance
Improve fulfillment workflows, order accuracy, shipping speed, and cost per order
Manage product discovery through launch and adoption
Align stakeholders across engineering, design, and operations
What you’ll need
5+ years of product management experience
2+ years owning a product area in DTC or ecommerce fulfillment
Proven experience leading engineering teams through SDLC and two-week sprints
Working knowledge of DTC fulfillment: order orchestration, pick/pack/ship, carrier rate shopping
Strong data skills: SQL in Snowflake, Excel/Google Sheets, AI development assistants
Ability to influence without authority
