About the role
Sanford Health is hiring a Senior Living Consultant to support senior living operations in Minnesota through regulatory compliance, staff training, policy and procedure development, and project management. The role requires at least three years of senior living experience and a strong understanding of housing regulations and assisted living operations.

Knowledge of fair housing and landlord-tenant regulatory requirements
Understanding of housing with services and assisted living community operations
Knowledge of market rate housing and marketing principles
Bachelor's degree in human services, nursing, business, or sales/marketing preferred
Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) Certification preferred
