What you’ll do
Run labeling and evaluation programs

Own critical data and eval projects under time pressure
What you’ll need
5+ years in technical program management or data operations in AI/ML
2+ years hands-on with data labeling, annotation, or model evaluation
Experience sourcing and managing contractor or expert annotator workforces
Working knowledge of annotation quality effects on model training (RLHF)
Strong grasp of quality metrics (IAA, precision/recall)
Comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced healthcare AI environment
