About the role
BriteCap Financial is seeking a Revenue Operations Training Specialist to build the knowledge and skills of its Sales and Servicing teams. The role focuses on developing and delivering training, supporting process and system changes, and measuring training effectiveness to improve job performance.
What you’ll do
Develop and deliver training for Sales and Servicing teams
Support process and system changes
Measure training effectiveness to improve job performance
Make complex processes easy to understand and apply
Manage multiple training initiatives at once
Build relationships across departments
What you’ll need
3+ years of experience in training, enablement, or revenue operations
Experience designing and delivering training for sales, customer service, servicing, or operations teams
Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles
Strong facilitation, coaching, writing, and presentation skills
Comfort working with CRM and business systems
Experience with LMS or content tools such as Loom or Articulate, and Microsoft Office
