About the role
This role translates business needs into detailed requirements and specifications for CareFirst's claims systems, processes, and services, while leading requirements management, UAT, issue resolution, and project coordination. It also serves as the key communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams and supports coaching and mentoring.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or related field (or equivalent additional experience)
8+ years progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing, or other analytical experience
Expert understanding of business analysis core competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong time-management/organizational skills
Ability to organize stakeholder meetings and lead high-quality deliverables on time
Prior coaching and mentoring experience in business analysis
