About the role

What you’ll do
Design and build client-facing AI capabilities
Own AI features from discovery through production monitoring and iteration
Ensure accuracy and explainability of AI outputs
Work closely with product management and end users
Deploy and operate services on Azure with containers and Kubernetes
Communicate AI behavior and limitations to non-technical stakeholders
What you’ll need
6+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years building and operating LLM- or ML-powered features in production
Track record shipping customer-facing AI features in B2B SaaS
Strong Python engineering and working C#/.NET proficiency
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG, tool calling, and agent orchestration
Experience with Azure, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
