About the role
Allposit is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead the development of an AI-powered wealth intelligence platform for advisors serving ultra-high-net-worth families. The CTO will own engineering, security, compliance, and product strategy while building and leading the engineering team.
What you’ll do

What you’ll need
8+ years building production software including leading engineering teams and owning architecture decisions end to end
Built and shipped LLM-powered systems to production
Experience building systems where data accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness are non-negotiable
Hands-on experience with SOC 2, penetration testing, and similar compliance regimes
Strong instinct for protecting sensitive data
Ability to set strategy and review code, working effectively with colleagues, clients, and investors
