About the role
9fin is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help clients maximize their use of the AI platform, drive account growth, and strengthen client relationships, particularly within capital markets.

Partner with account managers and internal teams to drive account growth

What you’ll need
2+ years of account management or Customer Success experience
Strong knowledge of financial markets
Demonstrated ability to build relationships within buyside, sellside & advisory community
Track record of managing & growing enterprise clients (min $1m+ book of business)
Ability to plan, prioritize, and work with accuracy and attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
