Knowledge of HAM, SAM, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and CSDM
Understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management processes
Experience with requirement gathering, Agile/Scrum, and functional documentation
ServiceNow CSA or CIS certification and enterprise implementation experience
