What you’ll do
Design and build training assets across multiple modalities
Apply instructional design and adult learning principles
Use AI-assisted workflows in content development
Ensure accessibility and quality of learning deliverables

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, Education, or related field
3+ years of experience in instructional design or related field in a corporate environment
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
Experience with AI-assisted workflows and prompt engineering for L&D
Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)
