What you’ll do

Coordinate distributed teams across time zones
What you’ll need
8–10+ years overall experience with 3+ years leading Agile teams
Proven experience managing distributed teams of 5–10 members
At least 1 year leading a team that delivers using AI tools
Strong knowledge of Scrum/Kanban and delivery metrics
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps dashboards and reporting
Experience with procurement, public-sector platforms, or PPSD initiatives
