What you’ll do
Provide technical leadership for projects including 3–4 individuals
Set product direction and own large components
Jump into code in any component to firefight and contribute
Participate in and support initiatives outside main area of responsibility

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
10+ years of hands-on experience with Java-based development using RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, and microservices
Proven experience building complex web systems
Expertise with running web services at scale
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proven experience in software development methodologies
