About the role
Ford's ADAS Virtual Verification and Validation team is seeking a System HIL Engineer to develop test tools, automation, analysis methods, and HIL test bench hardware for validating driver assistance features. The role involves integrating and testing ADAS software and sensors in Hardware-in-the-Loop and Vehicle-in-the-Loop environments.

Design and build HIL test bench hardware and architecture
Support validation of driver assistance features
Integrate and test ADAS software and sensors in HIL environments
Launch and support software for hardware products
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience integrating and testing automotive software in a HiL environment
2+ years of experience in test tool development or software development
Experience with Python for test automation
Experience with embedded software systems and launching/supporting software for hardware products
Experience designing and building HIL test systems for ADAS development and validation
